About

Experience at the helm

We are a team of senior developers and creatives with decades of experience in the digital world.

From campaigns to major platforms

Our crew has worked on digital campaigns, interactive installations, and large-scale platforms. We understand the complete journey: from the first idea and creative direction to technology, launch, and continued development. That broad experience helps us quickly recognise what a product needs - and what it does not.

Senior direction for AI

AI can dramatically accelerate development, but it does not create a good product by itself. That requires vision, craftsmanship, and critical decisions. Our background enables us to direct AI as a powerful tool, guard quality closely, and deliver reliable products that work both technically and creatively.

A selection of our pros

Tijmen Mulder
AI Architect

Tijmen Mulder

Tijmen Mulder has worked at the intersection of technology and creativity for 25 years. He started his career as a developer and progressed through technical and creative leadership roles to become a Creative Director and entrepreneur. Among other ventures, he founded Superhero Cheesecake and later co-founded Robot Kittens. Tijmen translates emerging technology into innovative digital campaigns, apps, games and interactive experiences. Today, he focuses strongly on AI and its potential for the creative industry. His work has received international recognition, and he has served as a jury member for leading creative competitions. He combines technical expertise with creative thinking, entrepreneurship and an enduring curiosity about what is possible.

Peter Coolen
AI Architect

Peter Coolen

Peter Coolen has been building websites and webshops for fifteen years. First award-winning work for agencies and international brands, nowadays increasingly for the brand itself. Closer to the numbers, and to the people accountable for them. Awards don't count there. Conversion does. Webshops rarely lose visitors in one single place. They lose them along the way. The page loads too slowly. A question about sizing or delivery time only gets answered at checkout. The form asks for more than it needs. And outside the shop, things go wrong just as often: the full cart sits abandoned, the email arrives too late or is about the wrong product. With AI, a webshop can be up and running in a week these days. What AI doesn't do is determine whether that route makes sense. Peter builds the shop and the flows around it as one whole and looks at it as an interaction designer: not at individual screens, but at what happens in between. He uses AI to analyse where visitors drop off and to implement the improvement right away. Optimisation is no longer a project — it's something that never stops.

Jonas Kuiler
AI Architect

Jonas Kuiler

Most teams use AI to make more things. Jonas uses it to make one thing better than it could have been. Fifteen years in scale-ups, startups, corporates and agencies taught him that the idea is rarely the problem. The finishing is. AI has made going back in cheap, so he treats a working first version as where the interesting work starts, not where it stops. Those four environments are genuinely different jobs wearing the same title. Different budgets, different politics, different definitions of "done." What travels between them is judgement about what a product still needs, and the developer role is being rewritten around exactly that: judgement and taste over throughput. Jonas would rather be early to that job than good at the old one. Ask him what he shipped last month and he'll tell you what the next version does better.

Wouter Versluijs
AI Architect

Wouter Versluijs

While studying design, Wouter Versluijs felt something was missing: he could imagine digital experiences, but he couldn't yet bring them to life himself. That realization led him to creative development, where design and technology became two parts of the same craft. Over the past 13 years, Wouter has helped turn ambitious ideas into finished digital products. He began his career working with creative agencies and later co-founded Codeam. Along the way, he has worked for globally recognized brands including Manolo Blahnik, Nike and Rituals, as well as cultural names closer to home such as Foodhallen and Dekmantel. His specialty is meaningful motion—using animation and interaction to guide users, strengthen ideas and give digital experiences their character. Wouter loves creating polished websites and applications in which technology, usability and visual craft work as one. Today, he combines that experience with AI-assisted development to move from idea to execution faster, without compromising the quality of the result.

Yordy van der Werff
Visual AI Architect

Yordy van der Werff

Yordy van der Werff is a Creative Director with 20+ years of experience crafting work that holds up under pressure. Starting as an Art Director and Digital Designer, he ran his own studio, Always Be Bold, working with agencies and international brands, before co-founding Rōnin Amsterdam, an independent agency known for craftsmanship-driven digital design and branding for names like ASICS, Manolo Blahnik and Patta, earning recognition from FWA, Awwwards and the Lovie Awards. He later brought that thinking to Mollie, building the brand design function from the ground up, growing the team and processes, and expanding the brand voice through advertising and events. His work spans brand identities, campaigns and digital experiences, always with the same instinct: strategy and craft in service of ideas that travel and identities that endure. He currently works as a creative consultant, helping teams find authenticity within gen AI, applying the same instinct to a technology that's rewriting the rules.

Pim van Daelen
UX AI Architect

Pim van Daelen

What company wants to achieve and what a user needs are rarely the same thing. Pim van Daelen has spent twelve years working exactly at that intersection. As a UX designer and strategist, he translates those two worlds into products that feel intuitive and self-evident. He previously worked at Superhero Cheesecake and Code d'Azur, among others, and has designed platforms, campaigns and products for brands including Tesla, Booking.com, Porsche, Nike, Uber and Heineken. Projects with many stakeholders, many systems and many opinions. That they end up feeling simple is no accident, but the craft itself: complexity is a given, simplicity is work. He takes a level-headed view of AI. It's a poor substitute for creativity, but the best way to free up time for it. It speeds up everything around the work — from synthesising research to developing variants and testing assumptions — shifting the hours from producing to thinking. The work he made together with his teams has been recognised internationally by Awwwards, The Webby Awards, FWA and the ADCN Awards, among others. The biggest compliment for his work? When no one can see how complicated it once was.
